Exchange Policy
If the model you selected isn’t the right one for your track, you can exchange it under the following conditions:

  • Products must be new or unused.

  • Authentication sticker code must be attached.

  • Keep the original box — sometimes it may arrive a little damaged, but don’t worry, just keep it.

  • Contact our support team to initiate an exchange.
